Order handling time estimates on orders placed before 12pm CST.

Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you in the event of a significant delay.

Tracking:

Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can also access your orders in "Account">"Orders" .

ORDERS

 

We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed from the original address provided.

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions are processed on a recurring monthly basis with the payment on file. 

You will receive a notification when the subscription has been processed and shipped. 

Modifications and cancellations:

Due to automatic processing, you must cancel your subscription seven (7) days before the renewal date.

To make modifications or cancel your subscription go to your "Account" page > "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription"
